Adam is an integrity-driven leader that believes in mentorship and supporting continuing education of his team to achieve personal and professional growth. With over 15 years real world experience in the digital marketing and web development industry, Adam serves an active role as the CEO of SEO Idaho, Thrive Web Designs, and HostCozy. A visionary leader, Adam inspires fierce loyalty in his team members and they work together tirelessly to deliver the absolute best to their wonderful clients. The vision for Easy Website Form came from countless years and headaches with other forms available on the market. Adam is passionate about volunteering, is a husband, father of 7 and grandfather of 2. His hobbies include fly fishing, archery hunting, hiking, camping, reading, and building out a small ranch near Kuna Idaho.
Thrive Web Designs was founded by web designer and managing partner, Josh Olswanger in 2010. With a background in media production and design, along with a history of working effectively with clients ranging from businesses, musicians, authors and more, Josh chose to focus his attention toward web design & development.
As a lead Web Development Project Manager, Jason’s expertise in strategic planning and execution ensures that Easy Website Form offers leading-edge solutions that are both effective and customizable for our clients. His commitment to quality and efficiency ensures the needs of our clients are met with custom-tailored solutions that enhance user engagement and conversion rates through intuitive design and functionality. This close attention to detail guarantees a reliable and user-friendly product that maintains the trust and satisfaction of its users.
Originally hailing from Nepal, Abi cut his teeth in coding and website development at Boise State University before tackling a full-stack immersive development course resulting in several dignified certifications. Abi quickly rose to the rank of SEO Team Manager at SEO Idaho™ owing to the exceptional quality of his work and his unparalleled focus on winning organic rankings for their clients. When Abi is not busy lending his essential expertise to clients, he spends his time volunteering as an interpreter for the Nepalese community, participating actively in SEO Idaho’s Feed the Homeless events, and spending time with his family and friends in Boise.
Jason is a digital marketing powerhouse with a heart for adventure and a passion for excellence. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Jason is versed in various forms of digital marketing from Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing, PPC/SEM, Social Media, and client relations. When he’s not looking for new and innovative ways to help clients succeed, he’s an avid outdoorsman and family man.

Peyton is from Colorado but has lived in Boise since 2018. He graduated from Boise State in 2022 with a Marketing degree and a minor in Entrepreneurial Management. Peyton is passionate about helping small businesses grow and reach their goals. He has experience marketing for local businesses throughout the treasure valley. In his free time, Peyton enjoys hiking, camping, off-roading, skiing, and golf. He is excited to use his digital advertising experience and creative skills to help our clients grow.
